Kacey is running for the Virginia House of Delegates to lower living costs for working families, improve public safety, and invest in education. With her roots firmly planted in Deep Creek and her career devoted to service, Kacey understands both the values and challenges of her community—and is ready to fight for them in Richmond.

Deep Creek: A Community Close to Her Heart

Growing up in a close-knit community instilled in Kacey the importance of support, collaboration, and service. She has carried those values into her work as an attorney and community leader, where she advocates for families across Chesapeake and Suffolk and actively serves in local organizations.

Kacey leads two Girl Scout troops, serves as president of the dance moms, and has held leadership roles in the Ruritan Club, where she has helped raise funds for critical community needs. Her commitment to service is a reflection of her belief that strong communities are built when everyone works together.

Kacey is running for the House of Delegates to create real solutions for families and communities. She is focused on building a family-friendly economy by lowering costs and improving access to childcare, ensuring safer neighborhoods through proper training for first responders and common-sense gun safety laws, and strengthening public schools so every child has a safe and nurturing learning environment.
